Principal's Message

Dear Waccamaw Elementary Families:

As your principal, I want to ensure that Waccamaw Elementary is a safe and inviting place where everyone feels valued. Quality instruction for all students is top priority. Therefore, our highly qualified teachers are dedicated to providing our students with meaningful learning experiences on a daily basis. I am confident that our students will be actively engaged and challenged while also having fun!

Waccamaw Elementary is fortunate to have amazing PTO officers, SIC members, and business partners who are so supportive. We are certainly thankful for all they do for our school. All of our stakeholders are important to us, and we look forward to building and maintaining those positive relationships throughout the school year.   We can achieve so much when students, parents, and the school work together.

Effective communication is also key to your child’s success so we are committed to keeping open and productive communication between home and school. Please know that you are welcome at Waccamaw Elementary, and we encourage you to visit, volunteer, and contact us with any questions or concerns. Please use our web page as a communication tool, and feel free to call us at 843-237-4233.

Looking forward to another year to grow, improve, and continue all the wonderful achievements at Waccamaw Elementary!
